food GLORIOUS food

Ever since I had a 9-5 job (technically it's 8.30-5.30), Silvia and I still try to eat at home on the weekdays and dine out on weekends. Its been working pretty well for us and I've been wanting to post some pictures ever since. 2 of our favorite dishes - chicken in barbeque (char siew) sauce and dory fish in unagi sauce. ;)



I've seen moulds grow on bread and rice, and they're mostly green in color. But this is the first time seeing it in orange and a bit powder-ish.



Here's some tidbits at the Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS when we went for a concert last Friday night.



The Dvorak symphony was simply brilliant, especially the well-known cor anglais solo in the 2nd movement. And of all people, I never expected to have my 'boss' sitting in front of me! And after just under 50 days of working there, I've met 3 colleagues at 2 separate occasions - last Friday's MPO concert and another's Beauty and the Beast musical last month. Wonder if it's a good thing or not?

By the way, I'm trying to go on a bread diet for 12 days (duration of Silvia's trip back to Medan) for 2 simple reasons. The first is to save money, and the second is just being plain lazy to cook myself. Wonder if I'll slim down or grow fatter?
