In the search of a video footage of an orchestra playing Bernstein's Symphonic Dances from West Side Story I accidentally stumbled upon a wonderful youth orchestra from Venezuela. But as I explored more I discovered this touching story behind the set up of this orchestra - Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra. Its actually a program by the government to help many underprivileged youths and through the process, changing the paths of their future. As you see the encore of a concert below, you'll can notice the passion and enthusiasm they have for music. A definite must-watch!
Notice that there's more than 1 way to 'play' an instrument? :p
